Pirates Cove
Pirates Cove, a community of 45 homes, is located across the way from Sullivans Island in the Old Village area of Mount Pleasant.
The marsh front community is within walking distance to not only Sullivans Island but the neighborhood parks and elementary school.
The subdivision homes were built between 1984 to 1998 and are primarily two or three bedrooms but select homes feature four bedrooms. The size of homes range from 1190 to 2150 square feet.
