Hibben – Belle Hall

Hibben in Belle Hall first came out of the ground in 2000. The neighborhood is neoclassical in design. The houses are
on smaller lots, but are for the most part, fairly big homes, with most averaging over 3,000 square feet. The finishes of the homes are higher-end, the older the home, the less high-end. The neighborhood has progressed a lot and there are some homes being built in the latest phase that rival any of the luxury homes in Charleston.

Hibben has a nice, private play park for residents and there are also building a private pool and amenities center. In the back of Hibben there are two docks on the creek where you can crab and fish. They also have lots available for sale and a selection of builders for you to choose from. Many people who look at Hibben also look at Ion and at Daniel Island Real Estate. I have lived in Hibben and still own a home back there. If you want a tour, just let me know. THE BRENNAMAN GROUP: 843.345.6074 – bob@charlestonproperty.net

Located on the edge of the saltwater marsh, Hibben subdivision in Mt. Pleasant SC, captures southern living at its finest. If It’s not the the charm and friendliness that draws you to the area, it could be the stately homes and serene setting. Hibben is a subsection of Belle Hall that was built in 2000. Hibben is neoclassical in design and the homes are rather large with most being over 3000 square feet. Homes built after 2000 are considered to be high end with heavy molding, granite counters and industrial grade appliances. Located off of I-526, it’s set back from many major roads. Living in Hibben is a luxury. Parks, green spaces, marshes and creeks border Hibben’s 130 acres along with over 2 miles of walking trails in special areas protected by the nature conservancy. The design provides for a park or playground within a 4 minute walk of every home. Hibben also boasts a private pool and club house, a play park and barbecue area for residents. A couple of docks in back of the subdivision make for great fishing, shrimping, crabbing; a famed Lowcountry activity. My name is Bob Brennaman and I have been a resident of Mt. Pleasant SC for over 20 years and lived in Hibben for a few of those years. If you would like a complimentary tour of Mt. Pleasant and the Hibben subdivision, please feel free to give me a call at 843.345.6074 or you can visit me on the web at www.charlestonproperty.net.
