Hibben in Belle Hall first came out of the ground in 2000. The neighborhood is neoclassical in design. The houses are
on smaller lots, but are for the most part, fairly big homes, with most averaging over 3,000 square feet. The finishes of the homes are higher-end, the older the home, the less high-end. The neighborhood has progressed a lot and there are some homes being built in the latest phase that rival any of the luxury homes in Charleston.
Hibben has a nice, private play park for residents and there are also building a private pool and amenities center. In the back of Hibben there are two docks on the creek where you can crab and fish. They also have lots available for sale and a selection of builders for you to choose from. Many people who look at Hibben also look at Ion and at Daniel Island Real Estate.
