Hamlin Park, located off of Rifle Range Road, across the street from Hamlin Plantation and down the street from Oakland Plantation, was built by national homebuilder DR Horton and consists of approximate 103
Carriage Homes on 32 acres of land.
Next to the subdivision is 60 acres of land which was donated by the developer of this subdivision to the Town of Mount Pleasant. It is a nice conservation area for homeowners to enjoy. The subdivision also offers an amenity center with a swimming pool.
