Homes range from 3-6 Bedrooms, with square footage from approximately 2,220-3,700. Amenities at Stratton By the Sound include neighborhood pool, cabana and playground. All of the floor plans offer nice front porches, and many of these run the full length of the home. Prices range from the mid $400K’s – $1 million. Stratton by the Sound’s location is off of Stockton Drive behind Charleston National. There are only 5 streets with homes: Stratton Place, Saltflat Lane, Spottail Court, Pandora Drive, and Kayak Lane. HOA fees are approximately $900 per year.
