Okay, coming out of CHELSEA PARK, back on to Rifle Range Road, and we’re going to go into SCOTTS CREEK. SCOTTS CREEK is a Pulte subdivision and Pulte is just a national builder and Centex and Pulte are the kind of same thing. They are the same company. And SCOTTS CREEK originally , The Beach Company, which is long time Charleston real estate company owned this and they were going to make this very much like Olde Park, not to be confused with the Old Village. Olde Park is over by I’ON and we’ve ridden through there in the past. These are fairly big size lots for Mt. Pleasant and before the economy crashed these lots were selling from, the least expensive lot $375K on up to $500K, for a piece of land. Everything fell apart and The Beach Company decided to bring somebody in here to finish this off and they brought in Pulte homes and they built everything that we’re going to ride through here in the next couple of minutes. You’ll see they are still building houses back here We looked at buying back here in, I guess probably 4 years ago and you know, one thing my wife didn’t like and what some people don’t like is the front load garages. You would have thought with the extra space that they have with these lots, they could have done sideway garages. But I think that’s the only negative. The Spec sheets on these houses, these houses are actually finished pretty well. Pulte is a production builder. They do a range of price ranges of houses but these houses are selling in the $700K’s right, in the $600K’s and$700K’s which is not a entry level price in most cases. Again I like SCOTTS CREEK from a location standpoint. About 70 homes back here. You have a neighborhood crabbing dock, and that’s really the only amenity. You have some walking trails that goes through here for people that live back here and you have a walking trail that goes out to a dock where you can crab and fish and you can look out at the back side of Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island. So we’re going to roll through here. Some of them are built with a “Charleston” architectural look to them and some of them are built like houses you see a lot of places in the United States.
