Queens Row

Queens Row has Charleston style courtyard homes have oversized bedrooms and large master bathrooms. Several homes have double porches, plantation shutters and have views of a lagoon. The subdivision is located off of Mathis Ferry Road and is in close proximity to historical downtown Charleston. Zip Code – 29464

All right, back on Mathis Ferry Road, and we’re going to jump into a little neighborhood that was built in 1995 and finished up in 1999. It’s called QUEEN’S ROW and these homes….there are only about 30 here. They’re really pretty good floor plans. They’re pretty wide open. I guess they were built in the 90’s, so they were starting to think about more functional floor plans. Houses back here are, generally, about $350K to $450K range, 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 and one half to three baths. They have nice screened porches off the back and they’re wooded. They back up to the Publix Grocery Store, but again, there’s a big tree-lined buffer, so you can’t see the store. The only thing I point out to people, when I’ve shown houses in here, is that you do have Mathis Ferry Road right there, so you’re going to pick some road noise up. It’s probably not anything that would bother you too much, but the plus side is that you can be in downtown Charleston in about 10 minutes. Again, that’s Queens Row. We’re just going to hop up and go into HERON POINTE in just a second.
