We’ve made it to the back of PARK WEST. And the back of PARK WEST ends in THE VILLAGE. This subsection is adjacent to MASONBOROUGH PARK that has a crabbing dock and some green space….a good place to access the river. THE VILLAGE was built by Centex in the early to mid 2000’s. They are modeled after Charleston architecture, with double front porches. They have some of the side entry doors. There is a double door….a door for entry to another side door as the main to get into the home. We’ve talked about Centex before. The finishes on these are what they are…I mean the price point back here are in the mid $300K’s to mid $400K’s. The thing I’m not a fan of, is that it’s difficult getting to this subsection of PARK WEST. It’s probably 15 minutes to Highway 17 from here. If you have a job where you work from home, I think these would be a fine set up, but if you’re driving to downtown Charleston every day, think it would be crazy, personally. But, to each his own. Again, we’re in THE VILLAGE at PARK WEST and the square footage ranges from 2000 to 2700 square feet.
