A really quaint neighborhood, a good many of the homes in OLD VILLAGE LANDING were built by Centex in the late 80’s and early 90’s. There are a few custom built homes as well. This neighborhood backs up to views of Sullivan’s Island and Simmon’s Point. As this area is near a flood zone, most of these houses are built up and clear from the zone, so there shouldn’t be an issue with insurance. However, we encourage you, before you fall in love with a home, to let us help you check out the zoning and how much your flood insurance will cost. There are a few building lots still available with amazing views of the marshes. There is some new construction and the custom homes are really nice, well built homes.
