Waterway Arms is a town home community located on the edge of
Old Village in Mount Pleasant.
The sixty-four townhomes are either two or three bedrooms and are approximately 986 to 1276 square feet. Built from 1971 to 1975 these town homes are in close proximity to the beach of
Sullivans Island and the acclaimed Mount Pleasant elementary school.
