Waters Edge

Waters Edge homes were built from 1992 to 1998 and range in size from 1450 to 2500 square feet. Most of the 161 homes were built by Ryland Homes.

The subdivision is located right off the Isle of Palms Connector and is behind the Mt. Pleasant Municipal Building. Bi-Lo, Towne Centre, Isle of Palms Connector, the interstate (I-526)…are all within 5 minutes of this subdivision.

The Hungry Neck Boulevard is projected to extend through the outskirts of this neighborhood. It isnt suppose to have a huge impact but discussion is still underway.
