Behind the Wando Lakes subdivision you will find the The Reserve town house complex. There are thirty-nine units in all and they are each two or three bedrooms.
Properties range in size from 1166 to 1664 square feet and were built from 2002 to 2004. The exterior of the properties are brick veneer and vinyl.
Most units are single story but there are a few that are two stories. Most properties have tile in the kitchen, bathrooms and foyer although some homeowners upgraded.
In the two story units, the ceilings down stairs are 9 feet. In the one story units, the ceilings are vaulted.
There are no amenities in this subdivision.
