The Meridian
The Meridian is located on Highway 17 North in Mount Pleasant next to the
Isle of Palms connector. Features include walk-in closets, a counter bar area in the kitchen and phone jacks in every living room, kitchen and bedroom.
Select condos have screened-in porches, built-in cabinetry, and Palladium Windows. Second and third floor end units have vaulted ceilings. And some of the condos have fireplaces in the living rooms (except the Studios).
All three bedroom units have fireplaces, walk-in pantries and two entrances to the patio area. All of the porches have storage closets & all units have washer and dryer connections.
The community has a club house, swimming pool, lighted tennis and basketball courts, volleyball court, childrens pool, playground, onsite fitness center and community veranda with tables and chairs. The smallest units are one bedroom, one bath condos and range in size from 591 to 740 sqft. The two bedroom, 1 bath units are approximate 898 sqft. The two bedroom, 2 bath units are 1,077 sqft. The largest unit built is a three bedroom, two bath condo with 1329 square ft.
This complex is ideally located a few minutes to the beach on Sullivans Island, interstate and Towne Centre.
