The Groves
The Groves was established in the late 1950s and is full of charming old oaks, half-acre lots and one story brick ranch style homes ranging in size from 1290 to 3000 square feet.
The community of 194 properties is located off of Coleman (first light after Houston Northcutt heading toward Shem Creek) and is just a hop skip and a jump from downtown Charleston. Availability in The Groves is limited.
There are no amenities but there is a small park close by and they are close to Shem Creek marina and the new Town of Mt. Pleasant Kayak Park.
