Scotts Creek
Scotts Creek was released to the public in 2008. Centered around a six-acre park with a pond, Scotts Creek is located off of Rifle Range Road and is only a few minutes from the beaches, Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island,SC.
Developed by an affiliate of The Beach Company, the 70 home site subdivision with larger than usual lots, has walking paths throughout and will feature custom-built homes. A private kayaking dock will be available for homeowners use.
Approximately 30 lots have views of the ponds and the rest of the home sites are wooded.
As you drive into the subdivision, you will be welcomed by large, grand oak trees and traditional lowcountry palm trees. Lot range in size from .24 to .54 acres.
