Point Pleasant

Located off of Mathis Ferry Road and in close proximity to downtown historical Charleston is Point Pleasant. This community is an older, more established neighborhood with larger lots, natural greenery and unique homes. The 130 homes of Point Pleasant were built from 1977 to 1993.

The community does not have amenities but the Creekside Tennis and Swim Club is only seven minutes away. And, the Elementary and Middle schools are within walking or biking distance from this subdivision.

Select properties back up to marsh, tidal creek and/or wetlands. A few homes have docks on Hobcaw Creek.
