Patriots Providence

Five minutes from historical downtown Charleston is the Patriots Providence subdivision. Located in the heart of the Coleman Boulevard Revitalization this community is ideally located not only to downtown but to the new park, movie theater, restaurants as well as shopping.

As you enter the community, you will notice a guard house which gives the appearance of a gated community. Within the subdivision you will find a community pool, tennis courts and a storage facility for boats. In 2008 the pool was resurfaced and a new Charleston-style fence was installed.

The exterior of properties are primarily brick, brick veneer and/or vinyl. The neighborhood has a monthly regime but it covers all exterior maintenance including the roof, yard maintenance as well as exterior insurance for all properties.

In total there are 86 properties in Patriots Providence. Twenty of the 86 properties are townhomes and the rest are single family homes. There

is not much turn-over in this subdivision. Five minutes to Sullivans Island Location, location, location.
