Oyster Point

Oyster Point is the newest large scale neighborhood in central Mt Pleasant, SC.  Oyster Point is being developed on the historic Civil War site called Fort Palmetto.  The neighborhood is a 600 acre conservation community being developed by DR Horton. Oyster Point will have lakes, walking trails and an impressive 30,000 sq ft amenities center that prominent local architect Sandy Byers has designed.

Some of the things that I find attractive about Oyster Point is it location to the beach on Isle of Palms (4 miles) and the designer shopping area called the Towne Center (2 miles).  You can be in downtown Charleston in 20-25 mins. If you want a tour or to talk about Oyster Point, please give me Bob Brennaman a call at 843-345-6074.

Hi, My name is Bob Brennaman. I’m a realtor here in Mt. Pleasant SC. Today we’re going to highlight one of the newest neighborhoods in Mt. Pleasant and that is called Oyster Point. Oyster Point is a 600 acre development that is conserving a lot of what was. It’s being built around an historic Civil War fort which is Fort Palmetto. There’s going to be lakes, walking trails, beautiful live Oaks and in impressive Amenities’ Center is being designed by a local architect, Byers. It’s going to have a pool, fitness center, the type of things you would expect in a high end amenity center. The thing that I really like about Oyster Point is its proximity to everything in Mt. Pleasant and to downtown Charleston. You’re about 4 miles, when you live in Oyster Point from the Isle of Palms. You can get to the beach very easily. You’re about 2 minutes to the Towne Centre, which is not the center of town, necessarily, but a big shopping complex with movie theater and those types of things. You have that as something to go to nearby. It’s going to be a multi-use. You’re going to see some single families, you’re going to see some town homes built back there. It’s going to be a nice community built in a beautiful set up with a back drop of marshes and creeks. And it’s slated to be one of the better neighborhoods for the price point in Mt. Pleasant developed over the next couple of years. Again that’s Oyster Point. And again, my name is Bob Brennaman, a realtor here in Mt. Pleasant. If you have any questions about the area, you want to talk about schools, restaurants, real estate, please feel free to give me a call at 843.345.6074, or you can always visit at www.mtpleasantproperty.net.
