One Belle Hall
One Belle Hall condominium complex is a rare find as homeowners can walk to shops, restaurants, banks, and a supermarket from their front door. One can even walk to their office! This community was designed as a live-work concept.
The 59 condos which span three stories were designed by Halter Properties of Atlanta (partnership with Tramell Crow Residential). The brick exterior condos range in size from 895 to 1536 square ft. The complex resides at the east end of Belle Hall Shopping Center and is approximately two minutes away from the interstate. Although the complex was originally built as a live-work concept, I believe these units are perfect for individuals who, after a long day at work, want to come home & park and walk.
These units are located one exit from Daniel Island, SC and two exits from the beaches on Isle of Palms
