Located off of Mathis Ferry, across from Olde

Park, you will find the 64 home community of Heron Point. Several home sites back up to the 5 acre Heron Lake or have marsh views. The subdivision is older thus there is mature landscaping.

There are no amenities in the subdivision but the Ion club is just down the road and within walking distance. Also, the Mt Pleasant Public Library is a short walk away.

Homes were built from 1986 to 1998 and range in size from 2200 to 3850 square feet.
