Fox Pond, a subdivision, is located in the heart of Old Mount Pleasant. Children can walk or bike to school or play or fish from the Old Pitt Street Bridge. The subdivision is a short drive to Charleston,SC and a quick bike ride to Sullivans Island. Great spot. Nice trees.
FOX POND is a really cool neighborhood. There are around 82 homes; some are single family and some are duplexes and tri-plexes. You will see a mix of architectural styles. FOX POND is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and 10 minutes from the beaches of Sullivan’s Island and Ise of Palms. Children can ride their bikes to Moultrie Middle School and very close by is Mt. Pleasant Academy, the elementary school. The HOA fees are very reasonable, around $100 per year, if that. There is no amenity center in FOX POND. Homes range in size from 1,500 square feet to 2,000 squre feet and were built in the mid 80’s to early 90’s.
