Fiddlers Marsh is a small marsh front community with a private island that features a pavilion and includes a covered picnic and grill area, neighborhood fishing dock, and gazebo. The 63 homes in this subdivision are located off of Rifle Range, at the back of the Harbor Gate Shores subdivision. Homeowners are only minutes from the beaches of Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms.
Several home sites have views of ponds, marsh and/or the intracoastal waterway. Most homes are elevated and have drive under parking. I like the location for the money and a lot of folks have bought and rehabbed the homes.
