High-End - ($700k-$3 million) I like the Old Village(historic Mt. Pleasant), I'on, Olde Park, and Hibben
Golf Course Communities ($300k-$2.5 million) Dunes West, Rivertowne, and Charleston National
Popular and Good Buys ($250k-$Several Million) Belle Hall, Park West, Brick Yard, Long Point and Hamlin Plantation.
