Seaside Farms

Seaside Farms has luxury town homes, single family homes and condos. This is the closest Mount Pleasant subdivision to the Isle of Palms beach. This self-contained, mixed-use subdivision has something for anyone. The subsections include:

-Winward Point condos were complete in 2006 and offer stainless steel appliances, fireplaces, granite countertops, open floor plans and three bedrooms and three baths. Units are approximately 1600 square feet. The complex does have elevators.

-The Marais subsection is a small townhouse community with unique architectural designs. Some of the town homes have views of the intracoastal waterway. The Marais subsection has their own swimming pool.

-Magnolia Woods at Seaside Farms was developed by national home builder, Centex. There were seventeen floor plans and various elevations that buyers selected from when these homes were first built. The homes range in size from 1912 to approximately 3212 square feet. There are approximately 260 homes in Magnolia Woods.

-Wild Olive subsection is a 66-home Centex development. The subsection is the closest to Rifle Range Road and opened in 1999 and sold out within the first year.

-Cathedral Oaks features gracious, lowcountry-style custom built homes. There are 72 home sites and a majority of these properties have marsh and expansive intracoastal waterway views.

Homeowners of Magnolia Woods, Wild Olive and Cathedral Oaks can all use the community amenity center which offers a junior Olympic pool, playground and walking trails.

The Seaside Farms subdivision is close to the beach yet you do not have to pay beach prices! The self-contained, 500 acre subdivision, has it all. The supermarket (Piggly Wiggly), Target, restaurants, fitness center, hotel, Irish tavern, beauty salons, and several retail stores are all within walking distance. Yall never have to leave unless going to the beach!
