The condo and townhouse community of Montclair used to be an apartment complex until 2003 when each unit was sold individually. The 240 units were built between 1975 and 1986, and each property has either two or three bedrooms. Units range in size from 1010 to 1440 square feet.
The complex is across the street from Mount Pleasant Towne Centre and is approximately 5 to 7 minutes from the
Isle of Palms beach. The community also has easy access to the interstate, and resides next to the
Snee Farm subdivision which has a golf course.
Montclairs amenities include boat parking, swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, gated entrance (open during the day), playground, fitness center, jacuzzis, club house.
Montclair is an older subdivision with mature landscaping. Location, location, location!
