The Longpoint subdivision of 697 homes is broken down into several subsections featuring starter homes to executive, waterfront homes that back up to Boone Hall Creek.

When entering this subdivision, the main road eventually leads you to the Palmetto Islands County Park. The Park is 940-acres and offers a water park, picnic areas, walking and biking paths, boat rentals and more.
