Ivy Hall

Ivy Hall offers homes built from 1994 to 2001 and ranging in size from 1120 to 2200 square feet built by Don Galloway Builders. This community of 251 homes is one of the least expensive in the Mount Pleasant area.

There are no amenities but the Town of Mount Pleasants Park West Recreation complex is just down the road & it has an indoor swimming pool, playground, lake pavilion, baseball, soccer and softball fields.

Across the street from Ivy Hall is the shopping center, Oakland Plantation, which features Super Walmart, Kohls and unique shops (http://www.marketatoakland.com ).
