Hobcaw Creek Plantation
 

Hobcaw Creek Plantation is a subdivision of 257 homes. The subdivision is located off of Long Point Road and backs up to Hobcaw Creek. Select home sites have marsh and/or water views. Several homes have docks as well.

The subdivision has a community boat landing and dock, swimming pool, tennis courts, playground and clubhouse. Numerous social events are held at the clubhouse and pool by the homeowners including oyster roasts as well as swim meets.

Homes were built from 1988 to 2003 and vary in size from 2200 to 5750.

There is a homeowners association transfer fee for new buyers which is .25% of sales price. 

These homes are in an ideal location, near the Historic District of Charleston, and close to the beaches on Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms.
