Located off of Chuck Dawley Boulevard, you will find the Heritage subdivision. Not to be confused with Heritage Village (townhouse community), this community is strictly all single family homes. In fact there are 101 homes in all.

Most homes in this established neighborhood were built in the 1960s and 1970s although several homes on Myrick Road were built in the late 1980s.

This community has no covenant and restrictions and no homeowners association which, for some, might be a bonus. There are no amenities, but it is a central location to access Historic Charleston and the beaches on Sullivans Island
