Fairway Place resides next to the Snee Farm subdivision off of Highway 17 North and is an approximate five minute drive to the Isle of Palms beach.

Several of the Fairway Place properties back up to the golf course of Snee Farm. In fact there is a golf cart path to Snee Farm from the subdivision.

Although there are no amenities in Fairway, homeowners have the option to become members of neighboring Snee Farms club for a fee.

Fairway Place consists of 36 homes which were built from around 1989 to 1997. Size of homes vary from 1200 to 2500 square feet.
