Etiwan Pointe is a Charleston-style town home subdivision located immediately off of the interstate (Long Point Road exit). There are five different floor plans and town homes range in size from 1600 to 1800 square feet.
This marsh/waterfront community has a swimming pool, fitness center and clubhouse.
Townhouses began to be built in 2000 and continue to this day. According to the Town of Mount Pleasant, the subdivision is approved for a total of 157 town homes.
