Cove Inlet town homes are located five minutes from the beach of
Sullivans Island and reside in the
Old Mount Pleasant area. The 146 townhomes were built from 1978 to 1984.Â
Size of properties range from 1080 to 1727 square feet. Most properties are either three bedrooms with two and a half baths or two bedrooms with one and a half baths.
There are no amenities (but there is also no regime or HOA fees) in Cove Inlet but a park is just down the street
and do not forget the beach!
