Coopers Landing, a subdivision of 80 homes, is located off of Whipple Road. Although the subdivision has no amenities, it is within walking distance to the Mount Pleasant tennis center, soccer fields and play park.
The homes are 3-4 bedrooms, 1300 to 2400 square feet and were built from 1984 to around 1991. Some of the home sites back up to marsh.
