Chelsea Park, a subdivision of 114 homes, is located off of Rifle Range Road, and the homes are approximately 1000 to 1900 square feet and were built between 1987-1996. Some properties back up to a pond.
The closest beach is Sullivans Island which is approximately five minutes away (driving time). Towne Center, Seaside Farms, restaurants, and the interstate are all in close proximity.
Chelsea Park is a quaint community with a warm feel. Most of the homes have wood siding although you do see variations.
