Chadbury Village is located approximately one mile north of the intersection of Highway 17 North and the Isle of Palms Connector.

Residing across the street from one of the Mount Pleasant Fire Departments, this subdivision features 87 Charleston-style homes with detached garages and large front porches.

The quaint community, built by a tract builder, has sidewalk lined streets which residents enjoy as they walk to the pond and small park which are located towards the back of the subdivision. There are no amenities.

The homes were constructed from 1999 to 2002 and vary in size from 1245 to 2000 square feet. The subdivision is approximately five minutes from the Isle of Palms Beach, Towne Center, Seaside Farms, Target and more.
