Cassina Plantation

Centrally located, Cassina Plantation is one of the few subdivisions in Mount Pleasant (off of Rifle Range Road) with large lots (.7 to 3+ acres). This is a rarity and on top of that, the subdivision allows horses! There is also a private riding trail within the subdivision.

Properties do not come on the market very often and there are only a total of 33 homes. Homes were built from 1976 to 2003 and are around 3000 to 4000 square feet.

This subdivision is close to Towne Center, Seaside Farms and the beaches Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island.
