Carol Oaks

Carol Oaks, established in 2007, is located approximately one mile North of the intersection of Highway 17 North and Highway 41.

The small subdivision of 46 home-sites was developed by local home builders, Meridian Builders and Catalyst. The two-story homes range in size from 1,421 to 2,195 square feet and have detached garages, ceramic tile in the bathrooms, stainless steel kitchen appliances, wood decks, porches and some homes feature screened-in porches.

Typical features also include driveways with grass in the middle, smooth ceilings, fiber-cement siding, 42 inch cabinets in the kitchen, and wood-burning fireplaces. There are a total of 10 floor plans.

There are no amenities but there are sidewalks, two ponds and the subdivision backs up to the west to a 300-acre tract which is protected from development.

This is one of the least expensive subdivisions in Mt Pleasant.
