Candlewood subdivision is located next to Mount Pleasants tennis center, soccer fields and play park.

The subdivision has a walking trail and small park within the subdivision.

Homes were built between 1976 and 2003 and are approximately 1250 to 2000 square feet however there are a few homes with 4000+ square feet.
