Belle Hall Plantation

If you are looking for a convenient community to live in, Belle Hall Plantation is a great place to start.

Belle Hall is located just off Longpoint Road in Mount Pleasant and is situated less than a minute to I-526, where you will find an array of shopping and accommodating restaurants.

The neighborhood is set-up into various sub-sections. The Veranda and Rice Bay were mainly built by production builders in the 90s.  The homes that reside in Hibben, Evian and The Islands, are all custom built homes.  There are some building lots remaining in Hibben and Evian.

Aside from the great location -- the neighborhood offers, walking trails, tennis courts, volleyball, and several pools.

Families enjoy the proximity of the highly admired Belle Hall Elementary School, where most children are able to walk or bike to get to class.

Belle Hall Plantation is a great neighborhood and is one of my favorite picks for location to the beaches on Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms.  You can reach Historic Charleston in less than 15 minutes.
